If a machine is broken, fill out an Out of Service tag. Place the bottom half on the machine and turn in the top half, with your contact information, in the container provided for that purpose. We will send you a refund promptly by mail.
We are not responsible for items left unattended, unclaimed, lost or damaged.
To inquire if your clothing is found, ask an attendant.
Abandoned wet clothing will be dried. A drying fee is due when laundry is claimed.
Unclaimed clothing is kept for a maximum of 14 days. Unclaimed clothing is donated to charity.
